The Ardanish kitchen is refreshing and very much inspired by the Mediterranean cuisine. Tim Christensen, with chef Frederic at his side, is responsible for the kitchen. Autodidact and perfectionist as he is, he will try time and time again to serve new creations with 'basic products'.

A vast, varied and eclectic wine card accompanies the gastronomic cuisine. The list contains some very special and old vintages. In addition, you will discover the world of 'new' wines. We will be pleased to advise you in your choice of wines according to the menu.
